Gourmet was a special bachelor in More Friends of Mineral Town and in no other games is there mention of him having a wife or being marriageable - and it’s pretty obvious that Pierre is related to Gourmet. Hence, Pierre must be the son of Clair and Gourmet from MFoMT!
Should I ever marry Gourmet in MFoMT (not likely but maybe) I will name my child Pierre. Then I will play one of the DS games featuring Pierre and see how my child has grown up :)
